At BlockBlueLight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in brand-new, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
